    Well, it does depend on what one considers cool in the first place! Then, our likes and dislikes. Then again, the time of the year, nature, hobbies and so on. I would say that any city can be cool for ones, or the coolest even. Though if to choose from the list, I would say that Laguna Beach is one of the coolest cities in the US to me!
